yeah, I used to play all those games but once I went to the Garmin, having 5 days with a screen always on is so cool :-) also for activities, it kicks Samsung's ass. So wonderful to keep track of my skating, skiing and all my other outdoor activities.

after switching to a Garmin I don't think I will ever try another Samsung. I had a few but their battery life is so dismal in comparison to the Garmin watches. I was having to charge my watch every 24 hours and it's really hard to do that when you use it for sleep tracking.

If they can figure out how to squeak a week out of a charge, I would try a Samsung again. I'm very happy with my Garmin that lasts over a week if I turn the screen off and with the screen on it's about 4 to 5 days.

I got a galaxy active 2 leather band watch 44mm cellular in 2021. Never opened or got around to using it I regret not trading it much earlier

yup.. still.a stupid price...it's already on Woot for $379... Samsung have lost their way completely. Maybe the ROW is fine paying these prices, but in Apple's backyard, and with mostly yawn products with stagnant innovation since 2021, they're gonna lose even more share in USA

Yep. I hate consumer electronics tbh. Im ordering a garmin but even that will probably become a brick in a couple years. Wish they would make stand alone watches with same "look" that don't require updates/syncing to phone/apps...I guess I'm asking for a digital watch lol but to actually look sleek. Sorry for venting

I get about 3 days out of my Watch 7. Gotta make sure wifi and other non essential settings are off. Also, the setting that turns the screen on when you move your wrist. Those were the worst offenders.
Some folks have unreasonable expectation of battery life when it's clearly listed
I get 1.5 to 2 days out of GW8C with AOD and full health tracking on. Anywhere from 2 to 3 days out of the Ultra with the same configuration

I hated battery life on 8 classic. returned it. It was worse than my galaxy 7. switched to hauwei gt 5.....cheaper, 10 day battery life

I've been using an amazfit bip 3 until an apple watch or Samsung deal comes along. It's not terrible for $20 from Walmart and I'm clumsy so if it gets messed up not much spent on it. I did get that deal for $35 of a classic watch 4. Other than having some scuff on dial it looked in good condition. Wish there was easier to play music but I don't have Spotify premium account. Surprisingly I played YouTube video on it but it was laggy
