And as others have mentioned - this isn't the current 2024 version of the Ultra. It's the prior 2022 version. But I personally consider that to be a good thing, as my 2024 Ultra has been "difficult." It drops key presses from the remote causing navigation through the menus to be difficult, and is otherwise slow. Testing with other Roku remotes have shown that it's the device that's the problem - not the remote(s). I bought a used 2022 Ultra (same as the one being sold here) to replace it and have been happier with the older version.
