These will run Flux SD (AI Image Gen) locally, although image generation is like 5 minutes vs my 4090 laptop which will generate images in 50 seconds. I just queue up like 12 prompts then check back in around an hour. Also does switch emu flawlessly. Steal, for 500 bucks.

I can't speak for this one, but iPads and other apple things I've purchased in the past have had warranty. There might have been a missing week or two if the warranty start date started when it was originally bought; I also never had to make a claim to have to Apple honor though either.
