Went 449 twice in august, and then they put it price high again. Looks like 449 will be on sale often, which means probably even lower or combined with giftcard on black friday
What does it offer over the base A16 ipad?
I found: 2GB extra ram, and the M3 chip.
Anything else?
Big thing is video out to an external monitor. Base A16 iPad only shows mirrored 16x10 image on the output. The Airs and Pros show a second desktop so you MIGHT get away with using it as your primary computer.
Been waiting on the iPad Air because it is the cheapest (new) iPad to get to Apple Intelligence and Apple silicone. Had this in my cart for last few weeks. Couldn't seem to search this particular one out, so glad I had it saved. Seems to be only this color (for now).
