Yes I just did. I updated the firmware of the controller (edit: link added https://app.8bitdo.com/Ultimate-Software-V2/) and the firmware of my 4 player N64 Bluetooth adapter (https://github.com/RetroScaler/N64-Blueretro, this one uses a modified firmware, others may use official BlueRetro firmware). Used controller in Switch mode (S toggle on back) and it worked great. No noticeable lag using with CRT, but I wasn't playing anything too intense.

Bought one of these so I could use it to play the N64 games on Switch 2.
Didn't work out of box, had to do a firmware update using their Ultimate V2 updater software, but works great after that.
