Read on another thread that the receipt would be less than 50 since it factors in the gift card. Itll show q charge of $10 for the target gift card and 40ish for the rest so it wouldn't qualify.

I think it is based on the subtotal. I've redeemed this P&G rebate previously with Target purchases/bonuses with no problems. The $10 is a gift card for a future purchase and not subtracted from the total. In the OPs recommendation of Charmin, the subtotal is over $50 and should qualify.

Yes, just need to upload a photo of the receipt/order shipment confirmation. You'll need to enter the barcodes of the products purchased.
