....potatoes. Chopped up, freeze-dried, powdered, in a airtight shelf-stable bag. These aren't vegetables anymore.
But they'll keep you from starving to death, so they do serve a purpose.

I remember reading that globally, we waste around 60% of the food grown. It's not about quantity of food we have, it's about distribution. No one is going hungry because we don't have enough food.
