Dang, I pay $10 month for my 60 day cloud service. Works perfectly so far so I don't see canceling soon, but I'll be prepared lol

Its my understanding you might be okay... My subscription was yearly and I had to go through my credit card company to successfully cancel (about 4 years ago). I was under the impression the company was going defunct at that time.. Now it looks like the monthly subscribers have a little better exclusive access to a live customer service rep (?) or so ive been told.. Wouldnt hurt just just try contacting a live person one day even if its just a test (?).. But anyhow good luck, and just an fyi.. i have since been with eufy, I dont pay a dime monthly and have 16 cameras on one homebase.. some are wired in the house and multiple wireless solar 360 cameras around the yard.. I could not be happier... I was very happy with arlo at first service and product , the difficulty canceling really soured me.
