Been using mine for over 1 year with no issues.

Although I have never had issues, beware of horror stories regarding the trade in process. Take pictures and video of the working trade in in case you need proof in the event they deny it for no reason.

hello everryone. as someone that has purchased many items from samsung... i suggest you always take photos and video of the item your trading in. the trading department has a tendency to say the item is not in a good tradable condition. they would say it does not turn on or not signed out and many excuses. have photos and video evidence for when you need to call them and talk about the issue. i have to do that more than 50% of the time over the past 5 years. avoid the headache with a little piece of mind.

It's never ever worth buying any samsung products at launch

If they don't drop deals immediately after the pre order period, then they'll drop even better deals in November for the whole month

Lots of us got these for $25ish last year by trading in the prior model

How does this work if you do Best Buy pickup? Are you supposed to bring the device with you when you pick it up?
No, you just go to Best Buy and pick up the Galaxy 7 watch when you get email/message that is ready for pickup. You get a separate trade-in email/shipping label from Samsung where you send your old smartwatch for trade-in.
interesting. I guess since you purchase through Samsung they have your credit card and can always do a charge back.

Do you need a Samsung phone to take advantages of the watch? For example, the Samsung ring is only compatible with Samsung phones and not iPhone

Anyone else having an issue with no shipping and no stores available for pick up? Does that just mean the 40mm is out of stock everywhere?

Finally just snagged a 44mm Silver.
For the past few hours when I went to process payment it'd say OOS or claiming invalid CC.
Good luck to others.

Last year I sent $20 amazon smart watch. They accepted it. But took 7 months to process.

Got the WiFi only 40mm for $54 non-EPP with trade of an old Watch Active. For some reason, free shipping was not showing and it would not allow me to add my Samsung Rewards. On chat, the rep offered me a $15 coupon to fix the issue and set up the cart.

For those getting OOS messages... wait a couple of minutes/hours and try again. I had the same problem at 11pm last night, but no issue at 6am this morning.

Has anyone traded in a Mi band? Would that consider a smart watch?
