Although I have never had issues, beware of horror stories regarding the trade in process. Take pictures and video of the working trade in in case you need proof in the event they deny it for no reason.
If they don't drop deals immediately after the pre order period, then they'll drop even better deals in November for the whole month
Lots of us got these for $25ish last year by trading in the prior model

I just spoke with rep and he said: "I can see that your order got cancelled due to the wrong promotions from our end, I am so sorry for the inconvenience caused in this matter, what I have done is I have escalated the issue with the dedicated team and make sure it won't repeat in the future"

Got the 40mm LTE for shipping, should have just went for the 40mm Bluetooth at BestBuy immediate pickup
