*This set of knives was recently listed and I purchased a set for my college student. It's a good solid set of knives, full tang, and not made to resemble plastic-ware. It does indicate they're made in China, but they are close in quality to a set I've had for many years by Cuisinart, which are heavy stainless knives.
I was impressed with the set I got for gifting and when I saw the realist, I thought I should share, plus grabbed a set for myself while at it.
