same. I was looking to get another pair since I use them for computer work when my ear canals need a break from my normal push in ear buds. I find myself using the open ear ones a lot more lately as it's more comfort with adequate sound for non music listening. The multipoint switching works very well too for cheap earbuds.
I picked the V30i over the V20i because of the longer battery life and reviewers commenting that the ear hooks are more comfortable, but the V20i supports multipoint function and more powerful bass. I will say the battery life on the V30i is ridiculously long - can play all day without needing a charge
I got the V20 for 30 bucks back in March. They have become my primary headphones since then. You can wear them for hours without the discomfort of an in-ear bud. Sound quality is fine, and they are surprisingly loud. I even wear them on flights.
