Pretty good deal. Recon fork and mt200s can be swapped out easily enough at some point as those are really the weak spots on the build. Both are fine functionally, but arguable low spec for a fs bike. Another heads up the deluxe select is fairly expensive to service (~$50 50 hr service kits, more at 200hr) with fairly short 50 hr intervals. I ended up swapping my + for a voro coil when it came time for service instead.

Full boost with a udh is good at this price point as well.

The carbon elite? That has much better suspension, worse drivetrain, but better brakes. It's also more travel (could be good or bad, depending on what you're riding). Warranty is a bit more questionable though with their recent financial problems.

It's arguably more bike for less money. I have no interest in carbon non xc mtn bikes, but that's just me.

GT is same parent company to Cannondale. Cannondale will be dealing with GT warranties.

What sus has better service intervals and kits? I have Fox Factory on my stumpy and think they are about the same. Paying to have them serviced expensive and I'm debating if I should try to do it myself.

idk about air options, but I think most coils should be better/cheaper for service. I went with a suntour voro coil (same as a dvo jade) which has been great. I believe the bomber cr is another similar option.

Hopefully you got one.
Not sure why you're posting this if the deal is no longer available.

At least it has decent size tires, they are 2.4. I recently purchased a Levo SL and it came with 2.3, which is just plain dumb for a bike with its specifications.

I bought the GT, I'm near some chunky downhills and the price was right for me.

People were asking about an AL alloy build in that thread so I posted this deal for folks who are carbon averse.
