Great price! I really enjoy using this kettle compared to one on the stove, and I drink way more tea because of it.

The only thing I didn't like about this particular kettle was that it randomly kept turning "Keep warm" on. You boil it, grab it and pore hot water into you mug. Then you return it to the base and pretty often the "Keep warm" button activates by itself.
SO you leave it on the base in the morning and it pretty much can keep water near the boiling temperature whole day while you are out. WTF?

Uhmmmm what?

mine remembers if keep warm was on or not.... if it was on last time it stays on ... if off, stays off..
If its on, the max it tries to keep warm is 30 minutes, and then does't do that anymore

If you press the start button twice after putting it back on the base it turns off the machine and stops the keep warm function

I always get refurbished one, probably that is why it doesn't work as it should. Not sure.
Also I have a lot of people in my house and It could be someone messing with these buttons. I would like to not have "Keep warm" function at all.
Other than that the kettle is fine and for the price there are no alternatives.
