We like their Habanero. I don't like Serrano at much (any brand), but my wife does. When it comes to Sriracha, I look for the rooster (Huy Fong Foods Sriracha).
Not trying to take away from the really good deal on Yellow Bird... IMO, people that crave hot sauce are often looking for something new to make their taste buds scream in joy. We discovered and really like Scotch Bonnet hot sauce. It goes very well with a lot of things. If Yellow Bird made one (and was on sale), we would stock up. We try to buy Grace Scotch Bonnet. It's a yellowish colored sauce. It seems to almost always be out of stock. We also like Walkerswood, but prefer Grace..

Ok, I am going to try this Yellowbird Habenero. Guessing its quite a bit hotter than the blue agave one!
