I've had bad luck with resale recently. I bought a DJI Action 5.... and someone had RESEALED a Action 4 in the box. It took almost a month and a half for Amazon to refund me, probably because it looked suspicious from their end.
Not worth even touching this stuff unless it's ultra-cheap.
Good luck on something like Airpods. You'll need it.

Take picture and video while unboxing, you are good
The items are a mixed bag of all types of things from dented boxes, returns, scams, etc.
One positive experience doesn't automatically somehow give Aura points to another return/used item.
I have noticed an increasing percentage of scam returns such as someone returning their old Ecobee thermostat in the box their new one arrived in and someone returning a new wheelchair in the box belonging to a much nicer one. Amazon accepted both returns from me. I will most likely video record unboxing of expensive items from now on to protect myself. I'm not going to stop buying from Resale though as it still passes the cost benefit test.
I wanted to see if there were any good coolers on sale, so I went to a cooler, and at the top of the page it had the category info.
