If you're on the fence, this is a great price. I'm not a huge roguelike player but I loved this game. Besides the gameplay, which really grew on me, the storyline and writing is really good. It's funny and clever and you really get to know and enjoy the characters. The first weapon you start with is a bit frustrating, but other stuff opens up and it's really, really fun. You get to try different builds and abilities so there's a lot of replay-ability. This is easily worth $15-$20 - at this price, it's going to be hard to feel bad if you don't like it. And if you do like it, you'll love it.

Great game if you like roguelites or want to try them out. Excellent story and voice acting. Fun gameplay and dialogs. On the easier side for a roguelite, even easier if you enable God mode.

I just bought the physical version of this game for five bucks yesterday at GamesStop (I had 10 in rewards and they give you 5 a month to spend). I own it on steam, but I really wanted the physical version because of how much I love it. I played it for hours last night. Hades 2 comes out on the 25th!

I'm around 1000 hours now in this game. Still discovering new builds. Just recently had my favorite build with a new weapon, the Adamant Rail. When you get good it feels like a 3D Contra game I swear. Can't say enough about this game. My advice is don't buy it. Very addictive you have been warned. Smilie

I own this game and love it. Bought it on switch 1. I want to buy it again and gift it to my niece. I guess the Nintendo shop won't let me buy it again to gift it?
