I don't know if it's available everywhere but in my area they'll do small deliveries for a flat $3 till it crosses some indeterminate threshold. It's the same price via that delivery as pickup and it must draw from a larger area; there were only about 12 available from my local store but 65 for this delivery. Personally I'll drop $3 to avoid dealing with their pickup counter, much less the actual driving to the store.

I'm not sure why you were down voted, but you're not wrong. They are just over 1.5 gallons of storage space.

They may be regular price at $2.50, but they're definitely useful for organizing small goods. One can build a really simple small wall or floor mount rack these slide into.

Or, you can be a savage and stack them and have to fight with them every time you need to get the bottom one out... you know who you are.

It's been this price for months. Also, pretty misleading post regarding what size is $2.50. That said, I love the $2.50 small totes for organizing toys, crafts, LEGOs, cords, you name it

the clear greenmade I purchased last year turned out to be extremely fragile. the top edges broke/shattered. haven't had problem with hundreds of black ones except for a couple lids damaged when I mixed smaller 27 gal heavy totes on top don't do that anymore.

Believe it or not, at my night mechanic shop, the large size totes, super sturdy that the delivery trucks would bring in parts and merchandise in, were thrown in garbage for pickup. They said it was more of a hassle to have them ready for a pickup by the delivery trucks and that the delivery trucks wouldn't bother to take them back for reuse as it wad easier for them just to bring new delivery in new boxes from their warehouse. So. You might wanna do some dumpster diving near such businesses to see if you get them for not only free but also to help save the earth

Price is $8 for the big ones. Typical sale price. I usu get the brand costco sells. This hdx comparatively has even thinner crappier lids

A fantastic way to store stuff in the garage closets. Label with painters tape.

Just checked my Home Depot. Can be delivered today for $2.99. That's cheaper than for me to drive there, as I am in a rural town! Thanks for the suggestion.

Harbor Freight similarly has a couple sizes of smallish dollies that work well for this purpose. I use a small one to create stacks that I can move around more easily. They'd be more stable with the larger size but I'm stacking pretty light stuff so I just use a smaller dolly and have to be careful not to tip as I move.

Yup, post something on sale, then post a cheaper version not on sale, SD lists the lowest price, but truncated title doesnt show actual price until you click on the "deal" yet hundred plus people upvote it probably without even looking at it... and it's a fire deal.
