May want to add CPO: Certified Pre-Owned. This is not a new-in-box watch.

Good deal, but please note that its CPO - Certified Pre-Owned. Open Box product previously on slickdeal at eBay has similar pricing, but this being CPO is probably more re-assuring, that being said, would this be eligible for Apple Care? Ebay open box product has been hit or miss as only some of them are eligible for Apple Care. (some are just open not activated with boxes damaged, and others are open box and activated.)

Not really a deal. This is a standard price for a refurbished model. Amazon has been selling "Refurbished - Excellent" Ultra 2s for $479 (https://www.amazon.com/Apple-Watc...71KKG?th=1).
