Has anyone powered a Resmed 11 with/without heated tube/humidifier with this Jackery? If yes, your real world runtimes would be appreciated.

It sounds like if you can spring for a DC adapter for the CPAP instead of using AC, it'll likely last a while longer since it won't have to waste power to do the DC->AC conversion. The link doesn't completely answer your question, but it's a start.​

I have 2 of these jackeries as backup for my deep freezer and fridge. Been running them in pass through mode for almost a whole year with no issues. Had several outages and they keep running without interruption (I do have an auto switch plugged in so if the Jackery dies due to power outage or it takes a dump it changes to regular plug power, bypassing the Jackery).Due to the large inverter they will power almost anything. Be aware it only has 2 200 watt Solar inputs. That's its biggest drawback. Overall solid units as long as you don't have a desire to run a bunch of Solar. If so go with Ecoflow or oupes. (Note I didn't mention bluetti-I've had 3 of them go bad in the last 2 years)

hey regarding CPAP. resmed uses 24v vs my Philips dream station which is 12v. go to Amazon and buy a 24v to 12v DC adaptor. I use my CPAP with goal zero yeti 400 which is about 398wh and I get 2 full days. considering my batter is at 80% capacity. it's a lead acid battery about 1 year old. I hope this helps.

I will just say that I bought one of these on Prime Day and have not looked back. Has worked for camping far better than I thought. Has quite a bit of juice, but does struggle just a tad on those things that require a lot of electricity at once. For example a coil top heater thing did not work real well, but I can now blow up all three mattresses at the same time. Charge phones, Use my CPap all night. ect.

Excellent info, thanks, keeping the fridge going during the occasional 12+ hour power outage is one of the key things I'd be looking for, and I had considered Bluetti.

I use my Explorer 500 (half this size) to run my CPAP while camping, i get 1-2 nights out of it with the humidifier. I use the AC ports to run it.
