Did a bit of browsing, found a few options that cost under $10 or will cost you an extra $2 on top of that at the most (prices are pre-tax, but with shipping in mind):

Printer paper: there is one for $6.99 by a brand called elementree, and one for $9.29 by insignia, and bright white option by epson for $10.29.

Charging cord. Looked up the kind I use and found a braided 6ft one in the insignia brand for $5.99. Free shipping when you log in. Am just getting two of those myself.

Energizer 5000mah power bank/hand warmer. $9.99 including shipping. Not much power, but enough to fully charge a newer iphone from empty.

AirPods cases

Got it his time, been awhile, $10. Already ordered a pack of printer paper for $10.29 which ended up $0.31 w/ tax and ready for in store pick up.

I randomly had $135 in rewards certificates last month, absolutely no idea why. Several low denomination ones and a $100 certificate. They were expiring in like 10 days so I bought a mechanical keyboard

IIRC most retailers don't let you buy gift cards with gift cards.

I didn't get an email, however, I was in-store making a purchase and the cashier told me I had the offer in my account. I got the gift card right there. I've never gotten an email before with these.
