I used my $10 cert with free shipping.
Best Buy used Shipt to deliver and the package got lost.
The order was cancelled but Best Buy is refusing to reinstate the reward certiticate.
If you got this I highly recommend using it in store.
Making you wait in line adds a bit of "sunk cost", so you don't change your mind...so that you commit to the sale.
