You can usually expect half the posted mileage unless you are 130lbs and riding on perfectly paved, flat surfaces. The top mph is usually accurate.

You are accurate about the mileage. I weigh about 180 lbs and with the LP80 which is rated for 19 mi I get about 10 mi before it starts getting tapped out. With the 350 watt motor on the LP80 it leaves me wishing I had bought a 500 watt. That's why I'm thinking about picking up this LP Max. Plus I want the active suspension.

IS it UL listed ? My building doesnt allow items like scooter and e bike if not UL listed for insurance purposes. In other word ...lawsuits

Did you feel the 350W was weak on acceleration also at 180lbs?

acceleration isn't crazy fast, but it's by no means slow. The 350w motor would be totally sufficient if it wasn't for this hill that leads up to the high school. I made it almost to the crest of the hill before it was going 3 mph and I stepped off. so a 500w would be better if there's any hills in your area. the LP80 is EXCELLENT for the price.

The link you have is for TMAX not this LPMAX. I bought that TMAX last month and confirmed it has solid tires.
