why do people downvote as 'unable to replicate' when it clearly says POSSIBLY REGIONAL.

An OP has no way of knowing what areas it is available in from the WMT website and downvoting a deal that clearly gives a disclaimer about availability because YOU can't get it is whiny.

Maybe include in the post or comment what regions it is available in or what regions you have seen it isn't available. I understand someone wouldn't know all of the regions, but it is clearly known that you know more than what you had posted.

I did my job, people are told UPFRONT this is YMMV (regional), it's a crap shoot. If not in your area, don't give the thread a bunch of thumbs down.
