Terminology is important here. You CAN combine this deal with inKind cash (what you buy at Costco). You CANNOT combine this deal with inKind Cashback, which is what you'd earn through referrals and previous purchases

Thanks! Does anyone know how long this offer is valid to ADD?

I see that when I added it to my P1 account, it has an expiration date of 1 month from now. I'd like to delay adding it to my P2 account for a chance to use this later.
