Update: Was able to checkout (had tab open while doing other work) 10 minutes later. Shipped to home for free. Taxes waived once credit redeemed since $10 covered subtotal.

It's the whole inefficiency of capitalist consumer trash pile.
Best Buy could easily just allow direct purchasing of digital giftcards with the certificates.
