Yes. Return the other item. I've never had them give me a problem about it. 99% of them don't even know about hacking. They enter your order number, scan the item, tell you your refund from what is shown on the screen, print your return receipt. Occasionally they will open the box to confirm the item is inside.

I have this screw gun. I like it, but wish I had a smaller battery. It takes some skill and force to drive screws in in "auto" mode. And my arm gets tired fast.
