I can't speak to the specific model, but the two refurb acers I got from them on Ebay have been great. I've had them for just over 13 months. Would prefer an AMD platform but the specs on this are adequate.

I had a 4k Swift that died 14 months after I purchased it (2 months after the warranty expired). I liked my device with special appreciation about the screen and size but really disappointing that the device started literally smoking after 14 months. Motherboard shorted out and could have been worse. I've heard mixed things about Acer machines but generally for me - I'll avoid this brand.
