In California Indiana, New York, New Jersey & Michigan it is a motorized vehicle that requires registration, plates, driver's license, etc. This is assuming it has a VIN and even can be registered. I would be stunned if Gleeride was a certified dealer.
So if you are someone that local police might give a second glance, this device exposes you to a lot of risk for operating an unregistered/uninsured/etc/etc vehicle.
