Check your local laws. For most people, this is either not street legal or requires registration, drivers license, etc. Street legal e-bikes have a max of 750W and maximum speeds of 20mph (throttle)/28mph (pedal-assist)

So a nominal 2000W/3hp and 28mph on throttle means this can't be a bike so it is either a moped or a motorcycle or not street legal

In California Indiana, New York, New Jersey & Michigan it is a motorized vehicle that requires registration, plates, driver's license, etc. This is assuming it has a VIN and even can be registered. I would be stunned if Gleeride was a certified moped/motocrcycle dealer.

So if you are someone that local police might give a second glance, this device exposes you to a lot of risk for operating an unregistered/uninsured/etc/etc vehicle.
