I received an email recently that my 50 rewards points were going to expire on 9/21 and so I quickly ordered Parmesan Garlic and Garlic Bread for rewards.

I later found out that if one redeems or earns points anytime during a 6 month period, it extends out the expiration.

I am thinking I could possibly buy this to get another 10 points to make an even 20 points to finish off my rewards points.

The only restriction I had ever seen with using gift cards was that you couldn't schedule an order for pick up later.

Unfortunately, most places are like this. I think everything was decent until mid 2010s. Things slowly were going downhill, then post COVID, everything became a shell of itself. I'm not a big fast food fan but there was a time it wasn't overpriced.

This is the kind of thing that makes me certain it's just a bot post. It doesn't even make sense. Between this and the engagement bait comments, it's all just dead internet.

That's what happens when you keep asking for higher minimum wage. The costs just comes back to you

Minimum wage workers don't get that just because the business owner gives you more money, doesn't mean your costs will stay the same with more money in your pocket now. The apartment company or landlord you're renting from just has increased capability of collecting more rent from you. It's a never ending game of the unskilled worker asking for more money, getting it, then coming back and crying about still not making enough and demanding an even higher minimum wage.

It get labelled as inflation or housing shortage but it's really that no one manages rent prices, only how much the minimum wage is for low end jobs.

I wouldn't be surprised if apartment and rental property owners were giddy with excitement when they see news about increasing minimum wage.

I know a wealthy acquaintances who is selling his hotels and reinvesting everything into apartments because it's easy money according to him, where they don't even need to pay someone minimum wage to work the front desk or clean the rooms. He said small business owners are complete suckers. The real money is in housing where you have very little payroll overhead.

Many of these billion dollar corporations can pay a livable wage without raising prices to ridiculous amounts but greed is their ultimate goal . Fast foods joints got extremely greedy during and after the pandemic. They were literally price gouging with no guard rails and their prices still haven't come down. Now that they're seeing a drop in sales the "discounts" have come back. I haven't eaten at a fast food in years, at this point I just order from a mom and pop shop or go to a restaurant since the prices are the same and the food quality is better.

Even as topping quantity is subjective, like what is even a good topping ratio?; I think you are onto something.

$9.99 is a flat fee for the pizza itself and adding 7 toppings pushes the cost to like $25 in my area. So toppings must cost near to nothing, if they are giving everything for $9.99
When Domino's introduced their handmade pan crust we used to consistently order multiple medium pizzas and the topping were fine and covered the whole pizza. Now you're hard pressed to get five pepperoni's on a whole pizza and then they'll skimp everything else on even if you pay full price to add on toppings. All Domino locations are not equal but most of them are so bad with skimping that you might as well spend extra and get a fully loaded pizza somewhere else. It's not worth it even at 9.99, you're basically getting dough and cheese anyways. lol
