Came from a 3080 12gb and its about 50% better. But, at about 2/3rds the power. I would avg 360-400w on my 3080. My 5070ti ranges from 260-300. Also performance in dlss transformer model is about 75% better. I'm happy with mine, but only because I started gaming at 4k. If I was at 1440p still, I think the 3080 would be enough.

I second this. Upgraded from 3080 10gb only because I upgraded to a 4k monitor. For reference, the highest Steel Nomad score I got on my 3080 is 4882 while on 5070 ti I got around 7500 after OC.

I currently play at 1440p with my 12700k+3060. Don't laugh at me but I bought this card during the most unreasonable period. I am looking to upgrade GPU for another 3 year solid 2k gaming experience. should I go for 5070 ti or the 5070? I only have 750w psu btw

i got one today and like others said, its actually the non-rgb, non-OC card. Not sure how Microcenter would mess than up. Even the guy helping me out was confused
