I bought one 3 weeks ago when it was posted. Arrived in about a week with sturdy packaging. Be sure to have a way to get rid of a big pallet and large boxes. I already submitted a warranty ticket after an airbag connection let go. After a short email conversation, I just added a zip tie and it seems to be holding. It did take them a week to reply to the support ticket. Biggest regret is I wish I could try all the models prior to purchase. I will say this brand looks better constructed than others on the youtube videos after taking it half apart to make the repair.

Bought a titan Optimus chair from them a few years back and I use it daily. The rollers broke within the first year and they shipped the part and had a tech come out and fix it covered under warranty. Would buy from them again

FedEx delivered mine. The guy brought it to in front of the front stoop which is all that I think they have to do. He asked if we needed help getting it in which he didn't have to do but we took him up on the offer!

I believe white glove delivery is an option and o believe is $200 but I didn't look it up specifically.

I bought the Osaki OS-Pro Soho II instead of this because of the 4d for my mom but the handles /arm rest is very very low. Its perfect for my mom but for a guy like me I'm 5'11 the armrest where the airbags are I can't use cuz that's where my tights are and it's not wide enough nor high enough even if I hunched. Anyone know if there's any way to raise them ? And if this one has the same height specs for the arm rest

I bought it almost a month ago when it was on sale for ~1299 $ and opted for the white glove delivery as it had to be hauled up a floor to my bedroom. I live in Indiana and after I got the purchase confirmation, there were no updates which did make me nervous. I did contact clearancechair using the chat who promptly responded that the chair was shipped and a local delivery company will contact for delivery which they did with prompt updates on delivery time etc. They did set it up and hauled away all the trash as well. The chair is working without any issues so far. Over all good experience and the chair is as advertised with no issues and everything working. Posting because I was nervous about the company as well and took a leap of faith reading some positive comments online and here. Hence wanted to post my good experience as well in case it helps.

hi, I bought it when it was 1190 or something.it got delivered in 12 days or so.It was curbside delivery as they offered white glove service for $200+.the chair is very easy to assemble, it took us 15 mins literally. it comes in 2 pieces, the foot massager and the chair itself.the box is huge and very heavy. once take out of the box, the chair part has two tiny wheels that somewhat help in moving from one spot to the other.overall, we like the chair thus far. no complaints as such. the build quality is good.

Not well at alls, especially in neck and back. Also, spend a little more and get a 4D chair. Of course this 3D is far superior to ultra cheap 2D but if you can afford it, 4D is the best option.

I used the chat feature on the OsakiUSA website and they said clearancechair.com is operated by them, its just one of their sites for clearance chairs.
