I paid $229 for these from Target a couple weeks ago. Definitely need a reason for buying these. Wind noise is pretty terrible when in use while riding a bike. They are comfortable enough, and they haven't fallen out on me yet. Dont expect a ton out of the sound quality on these.
I've bought three pairs of these - two from eBay, one open box Best Buy. There seem to be more fakes on the secondary market than originals - similar to the JBL Flip speakers. Grab these if it's worth the gamble to you but I bought them from Bose directly and the sound quality difference is very noticeable. The fakes are definitely serviceable for $50 but they don't connect to the Bose app. Also, the materials are a grade below the real Bose even though they are pretty good (usb-c port through a cutout vs integrated, the logo feels screen printed with cheap material) .. the hinge is solid though. I wish Bose sold these for $150.
