Diagonal measurement of screen: 31.5 inches.
Neither of these measurements are 32 inches.
Dual 4k 32" would be ideal if you're good with the overall width.

Anyone actually own this? I see it ships from KTC not Amazon. This price vs more for a 4k. Tough call
Do you know of any 32in 4ks with similar specs under $200? I can't find any that have a refresh higher than 60hz. That seems to be the trade off.
