with all the laptops that charge with USB-C I'm not sold on a 65watt max. Would bite if it had a 100 watt port.... or more.

If you open it up, you probably will find a big iron plate and a very simple board inside.

Even if you have a larger laptop that requires >65 - I do - you can still use that 65w output and it'll hold its charge level during use. Mine will even charge when sleeping, it's just slower. So it can't be your primary but it's fine for a "I'm too lazy to go to the bigger adaptor" use.

No ETL listing or similar certification.
For things that require higher power I would probably prefer something better tested.

Depends on the laptop. For some reason (probably to force you to buy their chargers) Lenovo Legions, and I think even Thinkbooks won't charge at all in any state if it's providing under 100 watts of power. Which is annoying by itself, but way more so when you find out that most "100 watt PD" bricks deliver 96 actually and the Lenovo's won't pull from them at all.

On top of that, it means anytime the power ouput dips on a 100 downwards, the Lenovo instantly disconnects which for my Legion means it resets the screens and stuff because it flips to the igpu instead of the DGPU then back.

Annoying as hell.

You can adjust the settings in the Lenovo app to prevent it from swapping to the iGPU when on battery power. That said, I do agree that the charging wattage lower limit is annoying.

Anker makes one with 4 - 100 watt USB-C ports. But it is like 5x the price.

Yes, you should be concern. A power hub this big needs a fan to cool it especially giving off 320W. I wouldn't trust it because it can easily melt the charger and likely has no surge protection. There are reasons why Anker and GE charge so much for their hubs because they have a lot of features to cover themselves.
