Yes, kind of. They have been pretty tight supply for a while so they've been selling above 9k for a while. But, people who buy these often buy pallets, so it's hard to say what institutions pay for such things in quantity. This might just be normal quantity pricing but we never knew because it was insta-sell at almost any price before.
