Please tell me you don't believe that. There are several real studies from peer reviewed journals that say otherwise. Here's a study from the Journal of the American Medical Association that had a sample size of 2.5 Million Children. https://jamanetwork.com/journals/...le/2817406 Just like vaccines it's perfectly safe.

for all the autism claims, I'll leave this here if anyone wants to research:
"The largest and most rigorous study to date, published in JAMA in 2024, analyzed 2.48 million births in Sweden over 26 years. This study found no evidence linking acetaminophen use during pregnancy to increased risk of autism, ADHD, or intellectual disability when controlling for family factors through sibling comparisons"

I believe the FDA requires there to be an expiration date on the label. Even if the product may last longer than specified. The same applies to food.

This has been less than $10 every time I have purchased it, without S&S.

link to any such deal? no record on slickdeals history of this for under $10 (1000 count), comes out to $1.07 per hundred which is dirt cheap.

I always have this doubt, but why do people need 1000 tablets of acetaminophen. Is it used for some common lifelong illness that people need to take 2-3 daily? I saw they expire in 2-3 yrs, so 1000 means taking1 everyday to finish it

yeah, it's called getting old. ever heard of arthritis? or just middle aged bad back or bad knees? some people might go through this in 6 months. live with a fellow elderly spouse even sooner.

1000 pills in 6 months? Those people are going to need liver transplants.

At max dosage of 3000mg/day, this bottle lasts 167 days or less than 6 months, taken every day.

At max dosage of 4000mg/day, this bottle lasts 125 days or a bit more than 4 months, taken every day.

I don't know anything, I just do math. I've never taken tylenol on any stretch of long term usage but I know people with chronic pain like arthritis can live with pain 24/7 and maybe they take tylenol like in the examples above or maybe there's better prescription meds for chronic pain, I don't know.

Also, many elderly people have a spouse who also might have chronic pain and so a bottle could last half as long.

At any rate, I'd definitely talk to a GP before taking anything long term and I'd advise others to do the same.

I have arthritis, and I can't take alleve or advil. 2-4 tylenol everyday adds up.

many meds are still good for years after "expiration", tablet form acetaminophen is one of them.
