There isn't a direct "TCB82" model number for a Tapo camera;
the closest equivalent would be the Tapo C246D or the Tapo C560WS,
both pan/tilt cameras for different environments.
Compare features: Look at models like the Tapo C246D (indoor pan/tilt) or the Tapo C560WS (outdoor pan/tilt).
Amazon is selling the used similar unit with solar panel for $74.72/each
