I can appreciate the extra storage, but I personally wouldn't buy a couch unless I could sit on it to test it out. A 300 lb weight limit per seat may be workable, but definitely seems like it was built to a price point. Is it static weight, or can they flop down?

Tried buying a similar sectional on Wayfair recently. Never again.

Unless you're outfitting a freshman college apartment - avoid these at all cost. Especially $800+

The seats are going to be on the small side. A "normal" couch seat width is about 33 in, and this one is about 27 in. That's why they're able to get four seats in a couch that is only 108 in in total width. The depth might also be lacking but hard to tell because not sure if their dimension includes the back or not. That part is probably okay. Also these pull out bed couches tend to be on the firmer side, as do the ones with storage. Almost certainly it's going to be firmer I would think. Imo, this is a bit much to spend on a couch like this.
