I usually stay away of Amazon Resale for two categories:
Motherboard : one resistor chipped away, endless random BSOD.
SSD: previous buyer swapped his ancient 128G trash SSD with shinny 4T 990 Pro's label.
Then rage return for nothing.
I honestly just look for stuff I want to buy anyway. I was already looking to get a new phone and a travel pair of headphones so I searched for those categories. I also wanted a Tab S9 Ultra, but no used sale on those.
IMO you shouldn't be buying stuff just because it's a good deal, you should buy stuff you actually want when you can find it for a good deal.
Test any item you get from the program extensively. I've received a few broken or DOA items over the years. Amazon does not test these items before reselling them.

I was torn between an older Ipad Pro and a new air both in 13" for the wife but for 400 for a like new M1 pro it seemed like a no brainer. So I snagged one
Some decent deals. Grabbed a psu for a good price. Last prime sale got a killer deal on an oled monitor but looks like monitors aren't getting the discount this time around

Thanks. Got an 8bitdo Ultimate 2 for $32 shipped and 3x Western Digital 16TB drives for $145 shipped, each. All items in Used - Like New condition, but if any don't pass muster, I'll return them!
I'm probably an absolute nutcase for taking the risk... but an MSI MAG X870 Tomahawk motherboard for $143. Holy crap. Um, I hope it works. lol.
Good luck. My MSI Z890 from resale was DOA. Likely returned because someone killed it while installing it. Spend hours putting it all together to have to take it all apart and reorder a new motherboard and install it again. I did have good luck with my SAMSUNG 990 PRO, and it has worked great.
It's been a long time since I actually found any good deals on these Amazon used sales, but I got a OnePlus 13 512GB for $550 and the Sony WH-1000XM6's for $250, both in "like new" condition in original packaging.
I've bought A LOT of Amazon Warehouse used items from electronics to kitchen appliances to furniture (including my solid wood dinning room table and chairs). I've probably saved $10k+ buying used over the years from Amazon and elsewhere, and I've yet to have anything arrive broken or otherwise not as described (I'm feverishly knocking on wood while typing this though). YMMV I guess, but I'm getting a lot of miles.

Even if I wanted to take a chance again I'm not seeing the additional discount on anything.
