I had a note on mine "Select % back at checkout to get 10% back on this item with your Prime Store Card. Limited-time offer." so might be a bit better if you have a the store card or prime visa. (it switches the text to one or the other from what I tested.)

This is one of the most power efficient [techpowerup.com] and quietest [techpowerup.com] 9070 XT variants. It comes with a factory OC and dual BIOS switch vs. the Reaper. The Hellhound is one tier above the Reaper in PowerColor's lineup. If I remember correctly, the Hellhound's MSRP was $630−$650 at launch, so this is either under or at MSRP. Even better if you have the Prime card for the 10% cash back.

Edit: Just realized the TechPowerUp review was the non-XT. But the 9070 XT Hellhound does perform very well, too. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=zQQUfQw5JA8 Hardware Unboxed has a video review of most of the 9070 XT variants, including the Hellhound.

it said 10% on the product page but the check out showed 5%... is this a bug on Aamazon website?

When you get to the cart/checkout page, you should see something below the item in your cart that's a drop-down and it says "additional rewards details" which shows you get 5% + and additional 5%
