I discovered it last winter when some deals on it popped up on here.
I put the total list price of the 2 items in the post. The list for the snail mucin is $25 and the list for the free benefit item Retinol is $27.
I couldn't find any other products that qualified.

I love this stuff, not sure if I'm allergic to an ingredient in common moisturizing, but this is the only thing I've found not to sting when my face is already sensitive (from dryness or retinol)
no its not.. they sell for about 13$-16$ each on average... have you never used a price tracker ?
The official price from COSRX is $25, or if you were to walk into a retail beauty store. But yeah on amazon its regularly $16 or less
