newer gen nvme drives are so fast and efficient that dram is no longer relevant for vast majority of users. that said, this is qlc with very low endurance of 800tbw. go with the faster and more reliable tlc sn7100 with 2400tbw for $8 more. qlc is like smr in the spinning disk world. cheap and less reliable.
