Agreed, IMHO. They are prone to issues with many Reddit threads. I think it's a hit or miss personally. I bought this series directly from Razer, and it had a BSOD. It took me a battle to return it, seriously, weeks of fighting with them for the refund after it was delivered. See Attachment.

Stick to high-end Apple or Lenovo laptops.

Acer, ASUS, Dell, HP, LG, MSI, Razer, and Samsung have more issues.
