I bought one of these almost 2 years ago for $13. I have had it plugged in and use it daily. No issues at all.
The 20W for usb is useful if you want slower charging or have devices that aren't PD compatible.
I'd stay away from this brand. Almost burned my house down. This thing melted on my night stand with nothing plugged into it while I was sleeping.
