I'd stay away from this brand. Almost burned my house down. This thing melted on my night stand with nothing plugged into it while I was sleeping.

Mine didn't melt but stopped working after about 3 months. Wasted $$. I will only buy known brands like Anker / Ugreen/ RAVpower that has never failed me yet.

Baseus is a well-known brand... Had 0 issues with any of the BaseUS stuff I've used.
I bought one of these almost 2 years ago for $13. I have had it plugged in and use it daily. No issues at all.
The 20W for usb is useful if you want slower charging or have devices that aren't PD compatible.

I like several other people in this thread as well as in other posts on slickdeals have had problems with these units from this brand. Several of us had ours die around the 1 month mark you can search for the thread. Buyer beware I personally would stay away, def do not recommend.
