so you mean there's no 'pickup'? it is more like 'go into the store and try to locate it'?
i have this - it is very powerful, and also convenient as the hose and tools fit around the unit itself. the problem they all have is that the upper part doesn't latch on to the lower part very well, so i'm always hesitant picking it up.
