Received mine (excellent condition) I think it was brand new. No sign that it was opened before (just the big box but not the green apple seals) so it's great for me.

this is a used product, some damage and maybe missing parts.

this is not a deal - just the price on a used, open, not new product.

it's anything but a dael, soon you will be able to buy it cheaper and brand new.

Like all electronics, I don't doubt this will get cheaper. It will. But at this time, this is the cheapest you can get a like-new series 11 watch(open box excellent). All of the new ones are $399 everywhere you look. I just got mine, appears as if someone opened it then returned it without even trying it on. The limited warranty wasn't even activated yet, since it was never turned on and setup.
