Mine just arrived. Box was in pretty poor shape. New cable and tips, but the ones on the AirPods themselves looked used.

Biggest deal breaker for me was the fact that I checked the warranty and these were purchased in March 2024. I'd rather spend more and get 1.5 year newer product when the biggest thing on these things are battery life.

Why not return them since it's not advertised as used?
