In terms of comfort, this is a firm chair, not something you sit long time. Worked for me since I used to switch between sitting and standing.
Probably would say to avoid if you need like 8 hours a day on it.
Great price for what it is. Also, I was curious and checked the gas spring mechanism and it has written on it all the regular US spec safety specs.
